 Radio Button Option 4.1 Select Member

The Jobs@UNI system offers Search Chairs and Administrators the ability to login as other committee members. This option is useful to assist committee members in understanding their Search Committee Options. A Chair or Administrator also has the ability to act on behalf of a search committee member to review or rate applicants. To select a committee member to login as, click once on the radio button next to the name of the committee member.

 Click Button Option 4.2 Switch to Member

To login as a committee member, click once on the Switch To User button to access their Search Committee Options.

 Committee Member View Only 4.3 Member View

When you have successfully switched to a committee members user view, you will see 'You are logged in as:' in the yellow navigation bar near the top of the screen. The Search Committee Options available will only be those available to the committee member that you are logged in as.

 Click Button Option 4.4 Reset to Yourself

When the committee member work is completed, click once on the Reset to Yourself button in the yellow navigation bar near the top of the screen to finish and reset to your assigned access level. Please note, the reset option will return you to the main Jobs@UNI Search Management page. You will need to access the Search Committee Options and select the requisition to return to the Chair or Administrator requisition options.
