5. Official Search Committee Rankings

  Description

Report listing the official current search committee rating code information for all applicants based on submitted application materials. These ratings belong to the search committee as a whole. These ratings are required and are used to complete the necessary forms to complete the hiring process. The scores will reflect the Equal Opportunity (EO) Rating Options Rating Codes that were selected under the Rate Applicants section. Only applicants who the Search Chair has rated with a EO Rating Options Rating Code will be visible on the report.

Report formats include:

• HTML Text - Webpage format which will display results in the current window, example shown below. Results are sorted based on the applicants rating code, relevant years of experience, then name.
• Comma Delimited - A comma-separated values format (.csv) which is commonly used for importing/exporting between data analysis software packages.
• Excel Format - Microsoft® Excel 97-2003 (.xls) spreadsheet format.
