4. View Pre-Interview Reports
Pre-Interview Reports are only drafted and submitted by Search Chairs and Administrators. Assigned committee members have access to view a Pre-Interview report in Draft Copy, Workflow, Completed, and Voided statuses. Reports contain Pre-Interview Basic Information, Workflow Routing, and Applicant information.
To view Pre-Interview Report information, click once on the Pre-Interview Reports hyperlink.
4.2 Access a Report
Click once on the transaction number (Tran#) link to access and review the report details.
