Hagemann Hall was built in 1965 and sits on the south side of campus as part of the “Quads”. One of UNI’s traditional residence halls, it houses mostly upperclass students and is home to Education, Springboard and STEP Living Learning Communities, with a total of 8 houses. Hagemann is a co-ed hall, where students primarily live in a double room with a roommate and are required to have a meal plan. Students living in Hagemann are connected to the Piazza dining center, Redeker Center and have easy access to the Gallagher Bluedorn, the McLeod Center, and the bus stop.
