Wellness
Wellness is a journey toward optimal health of mind, body and spirit. We strive to support student learning and enhance the wellness lifestyles of our students and faculty/staff through health education and promotion efforts.
Our wellness staff works closely with many of the UHS staff to help people with behavior change and thereby create a healthier campus community. We adhere to the ethical principles and guidelines as outlined by the American College Health Association. Let WRS help you along your wellness journey!
