"Girl Rising" is a groundbreaking film, directed by Academy Award nominee Richard Robbins, which tells the stories of nine extraordinary girls from nine countries, written by nine celebrated writers and narrated by nine renowned actresses. "Girl Rising" showcases the strength of the human spirit and the power of education to change the world. Powerful storytelling delivers a simple, critical truth: educate girls and you will change the world. Discussion will follow the film screening. Cookies will be served.
