Professional Project Management

Professional project management is presented as a hands-on methodology for delivering projects in accordance with performance, scope, cost and time requirements. Within the context of the project life cycle, participants utilize project management tools and techniques to work through project scenarios. The class provides practical information that can be utilized immediately to improve project results.
This class is taught by a Registered Education Provider with the Project Management Institute. Participants will be awarded credits from the instructor that can be used toward the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or toward continuing education credits for those who already hold the PMP designation.
