Carla Hickman, Education Advisory Board, will present "Charting a Path to Persistence -- Improving Outcomes for Adult Degree Completers." As financial pressures and increased attention to outcomes create a new urgency around the mission of student success, COE leaders articulate an uncertainty about where scarce resources will yield the greatest return. This session offers practical, cost-effective approaches to increase adult student engagement and persistence with a special focus on improving outcomes for adult degree completers. The session will conclude with a brief description by EAB's Mary Allen Langford, about resources available to UNI staff as a subscriber to the Education Advisory Board's Continuing and Online Education (COE) forum. RSVP by Wednesday, Feb. 25.
