College/Department Website Manager Resources

We are pleased to announce Jobs@UNI, UNI’s new online electronic hiring system. All new Faculty, P&S, Academic Administrator and Institutional Official searches will be administered through Jobs@UNI.

This system will be used for:

• Initiating, submitting and approving search requisitions.
• Applicant profile and application material submission.
• Search committee viewing and evaluation of applicant materials.
• Selection and offer process.

The URL for the Jobs@UNI website will be http://jobs.uni.edu.

Action you need to take:

• Update links on college/department page from the existing employment page to http://jobs.uni.edu
• Link all Faculty, Academic Administrator and Institutional Official job postings listed on your site to the detailed search posting at Jobs@UNI website in the following format:
• http://jobs.uni.edu/pands/view/Search Requisition Number

The Search Committee Chair will provide the search requisition number.
