Welcome! We are a multidisciplinary, pre-professional department preparing undergraduate students for careers in helping people build better
lives. Internships during their senior year give most of our students work experience in their chosen career and a head start on their first
job offer. Students can major in
Interior Design,
Textile and Apparel,
Gerontology, or
Family Services,
or complete a minor in Family Studies,
Textile and Apparel, or Gerontology.
