  • Geographic Information Science and statistical techniques for advanced spatial analysis, application of GIS in social sciences and economics, socio-economic determinants of land use-land cover change, urban remote sensing;
  • Spatial population analysis, demoeconomic and migration models;
  • Micropolitan urban systems, single industry towns
