Visiting our campus is the best way to see all that UNI has to offer. There are three visit formats to choose from:
Panther Open Houses are held several times throughout the year for transfer and high school students. You and your family can meet with faculty members and talk about majors, minors, classes – all things academics. You’ll get the inside scoop from current UNI students who will take you on a tour of campus and eat lunch with you in one of our dining centers. Your campus visit wraps up with a group session on admission requirements, financing your education and living on campus.
If an open house doesn’t work for you and you would prefer a customized experience, call the Office of Admissions to schedule a visit. Visits are held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call 319-273-2281 at least a week in advance so we’re ready for your arrival. You will learn about academics, campus life, admissions requirements and financial aid. Your visit will also include a campus tour and lunch in one of our dining centers.
Designed for 10 or more people, group visits can be tailored to accommodate the specific needs and interests of your group. Typically, group visits are for career classes, field trips and community college TRIO groups, etc. Complete the Group Visits form to schedule your visit. If you have questions, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
