Lifelong University: Joyful Movement and Health

Tuesday, October 27, 2015 - 9:00 am to 10:30 am

Participants will learn how to engage their senses and listen to their bodies; utilize different components of movement, such as agility, flexibility, stability and strength; and reflect on finding ways to move in their body's way. There will also be a focus on how movement assists with stress management and cognitive functioning.
