American author and journalist Susannah Cahalan will talk about her experiences battling a rare autoimmune disease, as described in her memoir Brain on Fire. Cahalan recollects a forgotten month which was caused by a psychotic break as a result of her undiagnosed illness. A Q&A session and a book signing will follow the presentation. Lemonade and cookies will be provided. Three copies of Brain on Fire wil be given away.
