Falafel is Middle Eastern street food: small, deep fried paties made of chickpeas and served in a pita with tomatoes, cucumbers and sauces. As a national food of both Israel and Palestine, falafel brings people from different cultures and religions together. Join us for a multicultural celebration of good food and good conversation with faculty, staff, students and community members.
