Celebrate the grand opening of the newest retail venue on campus, Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Bistro in Maucker Union. Enjoy food sampling from 11 a.m.-noon. A short presentation and ribbon cutting will take place at 11:30 a.m., with special guest Eric Wolfe, president and CEO of E&G Franchise System, as well as TC. The first 200 guests will receive a free t-shirt with sandwich purchase that day (while supplies last).
