Join the CME in a collaborative event with International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO) to celebrate Holidays Around the World. There will be games, prizes, a sample dish from Germany, cookie decorating, arts and crafts, and more. Fall semester graduates will be recognized and can bring their graduation cap to decorate it and show your pride.

First Fridays is a new component in the Center for Multicultural Education’s annual programming. First Fridays at the CME is modeled after the First Friday events held in more than 35 cities nationwide such as Chicago, San Antonio and Kansas City. On the first Friday of most months the CME will host a free immersive celebration of art, food, culture and community. The purpose of First Friday is to offer a regular social event for students to participate in cultural appreciation and community engagement, as well as to refocus the CME as a social and cultural hub for students.
