All food and money raised will be donated to the Northeast Iowa Food Bank.

Fall Graduation Fair

The Graduation Fair offers the opportunity to apply for graduation and meet with other resources to ensure that you are ready to graduate. This is a great way to cap your experience at UNI and get ready for the next step.

De-Stress Day

Students will have the opportunity to participate in several de-stressing activities including walking the labyrinth, coloring, crafts, writing notes of gratitude and engaging in the #throwlightUNI movement.

Secret Regrets

“What’s the biggest regret of your life?” – It’s a question that millions of people have pondered on the popular secretregrets.com website. Kevin Hansen, website founder and author of the bestselling Secret Regrets book series, will share the shocking things we regret, why we regret and how we can ultimately learn to let go of the regrets that might be holding us back in life. Presentation attendees will even have a chance to anonymously share their own secret regrets – and hear the secret regrets of others who attend. Hansen and his Secret Regrets project have been featured on The Dr. Phil Show, international documentaries, as well as media outlets and websites worldwide including Cosmopolitan, CNN and Psychology Today. You can read Hansen’s featured articles about regrets on The Huffington Post. His bestselling book, Secret Regrets Volume 1: What if you had a Second Chance? features hundreds of the most shocking yet heartfelt regrets that we all can relate to, and walks people through the true healing that comes from revealing. His latest book, Secret Regrets Volume 2: Moving Past Your Past, continues to tell the unheard stories of real people, real regret, real resolution, perseverance and redemption.
