Ellen Neuhaus, Rod Library, and Deanne Gute, Academic Learning Center, will facilitate this RCR workshop, which will help participants become acquainted with key ethical issues involved in research and scholarship. The primary focus will be how to avoid plagiarism of others' work as well as one's own, but will also discuss collaboration in authorship and publication/dissemination. The workshop will help satisfy the requirements for research ethics training for students employed on NSF and NIH projects. The target audience is graduate students, but all are welcome. Registration is required. Fits Part A for Ethics in Scholarship certification.
