Add Course Section

The Schedule Change Request - Add Course Section WebForm is used by departmental schedulers to add a course from the Schedule of Classes. Please indicate in the Additional Comments field if an approved Lab Fee should be applied to the course at the time of setup.

Note. A red asterisk is a required field. If it is left blank, the form cannot be submitted to our office for processing.

This form is NOT for students who are trying to make changes to their schedule.
