Communications lab & assessment coordinator
Dale Cyphert joined the UNIBusiness faculty in 1997 with responsibility for developing a business communication program. Cyphert's research focuses on the development of communication norms, with a special interest in the rhetorical methods of small business communities. Her work has been published in the Quarterly Journal of Speech, Communication Education, and the Journal of Business Communication.

Level 3 & 4 coordinator/executive in residence
Prior to her position at The Worthington Partnership, Cynthia Goro was President of Wayne Engineering Corporation. She joined the family-owned manufacturer in 1983 as Controller, assuming the role of President in 1988. Goro received the 1996 Working Woman of the Year Award from the Cedar Falls Chamber of Commerce and was the 1997 recipient of Ernst & Young's Iowa/Nebraska Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Turnaround Category.
As the college's Professional Readiness and Community Relations Manager, Katie directs the Professional Readiness Program and manages corporate and community relations for the College of Business Administration. An alumna from the UNIBusiness Department of Marketing, Katie worked in public relations and social media for the Hellman advertising agency before coming back to her alma mater.

As a sales consultant for RICOH, Pam worked with companies throughout Black Hawk and surrounding counties helping them to acquire office equipment and technology solutions to improve their workflow. Prior to that she owned and operated two businesses, the Apartment Lounge located in College Square Mall and "Dirty Sally's" Back Alley bar, located in downtown Cedar Falls.

Kathleen Porter is a marketing professional with many years of experience with her family business, Porter's Cameras, as well as the UNI recruiting and marketing effort. With the sale of the business in 1999, she has been a key player in the family's closely held investment company, Porter-Montz, Inc.

Ward Stubbs spent nearly 40 years working in the administration of the City of Cedar Falls, ending his career as Director of Human and Leisure Services. In this role he managed a $3.2 million budget and more than 200 employees. During his tenure, the City of Cedar Falls expanded its recreation division to include more than 1,000 acres of parks, trails, golf courses, arts and athletic facilities, and a senior community center.
Amber is a fifth-year accounting and MIS double major with a minor in actuarial science, originally from Grinnell. As student manager, Amber is responsible for overseeing the execution of daily tasks of the PRP office and managing the office assistants. Amber has interned at Athene and REG. Her latest internship was at RSM this summer.
Toni is currently a senior, majoring in accounting and economics and minoring in Spanish. She has completed two study abroad experiences in Spain and Nicaragua, and returned to Nicaragua this summer to complete an internship. She is involved in the Accounting, Economics, and Global Associates Clubs here on campus. Toni is originally from Tripoli, Iowa.
Nathan Wegmann is a senior majoring in finance and real estate. He is originally from Manchester, Iowa.
Ashley is a sophomore accounting major, originally from Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Susie is a freshman marketing major from Carrol, Iowa.
Allan is a fifth-year management major at UNI. He grew up in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. He knew as a business Major that UNI was the perfect fit for him, and it allowed him to stay close to friends and family. Allan is on the UNI men's ultimate frisbee team. Allan currently works at UNI as a peer mentor, as well as at Old Chicago working as a server, assistant manager, cook, and expo.
Kathleen is currently a senior, majoring in accounting and minoring in Spanish. She is originally from Mount Vernon, Iowa. She is involved in the Accounting Club and Business Student Ambassadors. As a Peer Mentor, Kathleen works with students in Business 1000 and 2000.
Taylor is a junior MIS and accounting major originally from Eldridge, Iowa. She is involved in the Accounting Club, National Society of Collegiate Scholars (NSCS), and Women in Business. She is also the Vice President of the MiSA Club. This summer she completed an IT internship with HNI Corporation. As a peer mentor, Taylor works with students in Business 1000 and 2000.
