How do I fill a prescription at UNI?

  • Bring in the written prescription to the pharmacy with your insurance card.
  • or
  • Your doctor may call in the prescription to (319) 273-2154
  • or
  • fax it to the pharmacy at (319)273-5101.
  • Answer a few questions from the pharmacy staff about your drug allergies and any other medication you are taking.
