Spring 2014 UNI eLearning courses populated with students

Spring 2014 UNI eLearning academic courses were populated with students at 11:30 AM CST on Monday, December 30, 2013. Spring 2014 student enrollment will be imported into the UNI eLearning System daily, so all enrollment changes (adds/drops) will be automatically processed. Any changes entered in the Student Information System by 5:00 PM will be processed the following day.

New Features and Enhancements for Spring 2014

On Saturday, December 28, 2013, the UNI eLearning System (Blackboard Learn 9.1) was upgraded to Service Pack 14 (SP14). There are a few enhancements and new features/tools, so please select your role below to learn more about the enhancements and new features:

UNI eLearning System OFFLINE - Friday, December 27, 2013 - 5:30 - 8:00 a.m. CST (Completed)

On Friday, December 27, 2013 from 5:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. CST, the UNI eLearning System will be OFFLINE for the announced "ITS-NS VMware vSphere storage maintenance" and to install OS patches.

UNI eLearning System Extended Maintenance - Saturday, December 28, 2013 - 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST (Completed)

On Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m. CST, the UNI eLearning System will be UNAVAILABLE for an extended period to perform server maintenance and to install the latest Blackboard Learn 9.1 Service Pack and Building Blocks.

UNI Faculty and Staff: Bb Learn 9 will bring us some nice new features for Spring 2014. Join us on Monday, January 6, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. to Noon in ITTC 136 for an overview of features that will be particularly useful to faculty and students. UNI Faculty and Staff: ITS-Educational Technology invites you to register for Faculty Focus workshops, offered January 6-10, 2014, on technology’s role in teaching and learning. Workshops address various Bb Learn 9 features and numerous other instructional technologies. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
