Resolved: It appears the eLearning database was simply turned off. It was started again around 7 a.m. CDT. We are waiting results of the investigation as to why the database was off. We restarted the application on both nodes and successfully completed all post-restart checks. Access to the UNI eLearning System was restored to users at 7:45 a.m. CDT.
