RESOLVED: UNI eLearning OUTAGE

Resolved: It appears the eLearning database was simply turned off. It was started again around 7 a.m. CDT. We are waiting results of the investigation as to why the database was off. We restarted the application on both nodes and successfully completed all post-restart checks. Access to the UNI eLearning System was restored to users at 7:45 a.m. CDT.

The UNI eLearning System is currently experiencing an unexpected OUTAGE. Initial investigation shows this outage may have started around 2:18 a.m. CDT. We have contacted the appropriate parties and are waiting a response. We will update when we have further information.
