(FIXED) UNI eLearning slowness problem on the afternoon of 4/26
The process that was causing a slowdown of the eLearning site was halted in the early evening on 4/26.
We continue to investigate the system slowness occurring between approximately 10:00 PM CDT and midnight due to high server utilization during that time period.
A process to remove older log files was started this afternoon and has caused the system to become slow.
We are working with vendor support to halt the process.
The eLearning team are very sorry for the difficultly that this has caused, especially at this very critical time of the year.
