While each housing area has unique characteristics there are basic similarities in furnishings and requirements in all apartments.
All kitchens are equipped with wood cabinets, electric stove and a refrigerator. Bathrooms have a tub/shower unit, sink, toilet, and a medicine cabinet. Floors are vinyl tiled. Mini-blinds are furnished in all units.
Hillside-Jennings Apartment units are available to students who are married with or without children, single parents with legal custody of their child(ren), domestic partners, single graduate students, veterans, non-traditional (23 years and older) and new junior/senior transfer students.
A prepayment of $300 is required when an applicant accepts an offered apartment. If a student cancels their application after being assigned an apartment AND accepting the apartment, the $300 prepayment will be forfeited.
The availability of housing depends on the number of residents who vacate. Housing assignments are made on the basis of the date of application.

Cable television through the local cable provider is available to all Hillside-Jennings Apartments residents free of charge.
