The UNI Educational Leadership programs draw their strength from an experienced and dedicated faculty, a convenient distance education program, and a passion for outstanding school leadership. UNI's legacy as a leader in education and Students First philosophy provide aspiring educational leaders with the skills, knowledge, and dispositions necessary to lead schools forward in the 21st Century.
We offer a number of programs, including the Advanced Studies Certificate (ASC)-Principalship, MAE-Principalship, ASC-Superintendency, and Ed.D.-Doctorate of Education. We welcome your interest in our programs and look forward to your inquiry.
Please consider nominating University of Northern Iowa Educational Leadership grads for the Legacy Award, which recognizes exemplary school leadership in our Core Values of Learning, Service, and Change. Nominate your favorite #PreparedPanther by Friday, April 29, 2016.
Mission Statement and Core Values
