Welcome to Mike Licari's Home Page!

I am an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of Northern Iowa.   I am also the Interim Associate Dean of the Graduate College. Additionally, check out the State and Local Government Program. My interests in Political Science concern public policy and public administration. Most of my current research is on tobacco regulation, specifically studying design, implementation, and effectiveness of the various policies we have to curtail tobacco consumption.
