I am the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs and Dean of the Graduate College. I also still hold an appointment in the Political Science Department at the University of Northern Iowa. My interests in Political Science concern public policy and public administration. Most of my research is on tobacco regulation, specifically studying design, implementation, and effectiveness of the various policies we have to curtail tobacco consumption.
