GLOBE Iowa Workshop Registration

There are two ways to register for a GLOBE Iowa Workshop. You may register on-line at the GLOBE website registration page or you may email, fax or mail your registration information directly to Marcy at GLOBE Iowa. Registration is limited and on a first come, first served basis. To register on-line go to the following page and select the dates and location of the GLOBE Iowa Workshop you wish to attend. Then fill out the on-line form.

To register through email or mail send the following information:

• Name (First, Last)*
• Home Address (including City, State and Zip)*
• Home Phone
• Home Email
• School Name*
• School Address*
• School Phone
• School Fax
• School Email
• Principal Name (including prefix, Mr., Mrs., Dr.)*
• School Grades (K-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 12+)
• Comments (anything else you want us to know about you)

To complete registration GLOBE Iowa must receive your $50 refundable deposit. Checks, P.O's and money orders should be made out to GLOBE Iowa and sent to the above address. This deposit holds your place in the workshop. It is refunded in full upon completion of the workshop. If you do not attend the workshop, the deposit is not refunded.

Confirmation materials will be sent out after your deposit has been processed.
