Required Texts:
A readings packet is available in the University Bookstore.
Grades:
Your grade will be based on five examinations.
Grade point cutoffs are as follows (note, I do give +'s and -'s)...
Examination Description:
Examinations. The examinations will cover lectures and assigned readings. Each examination will consist of 40 objectively scored multiple choice questions.
Special Assignments. As an additional project, the graduate students in the course must develop a individual differences measure. The details of the project will be determined by the course instructor. This project is ungraded, but if the student has not satisfactorily completed the project by the end of the semester, then he or she will receive an incomplete in the course.
Policies:
Cheating on an examination. If you are caught you will fail the class.
Making up a missed examination. Make-ups will be given only under rare conditions. Verified illness is a potentially acceptable excuse; having a heavy workload outside of class is not. Note - for an excuse to be valid, I must be notified before the next class period.
Incompletes. Incompletes will also only be given under rare conditions and only with prior permission by the instructor.
Special Needs. Anyone who has special needs (individuals with disabilities, international students, etc.) should see the instructor if you wish to arrange special testing or instructional conditions.
