Violence Intervention Services

All Violence Intervention services are confidential and free-of-charge.
An array of advocacy services for victims of sexual assault, domestic/relationship violence, stalking and harassment are provided, including:
Counseling, medical and legal referrals

Arrangements for safe housing and alternate course assignments

Support in understanding and choosing among available options (e.g. criminal and/or university complaint)

Meeting accompaniment related to a University Sexual Assault and Sexual Misconduct complaint

Assistance in accessing either No Contact and/or No Trespass orders

Assistance with academic concerns (help communicating with professors, obtaining coursework extensions, reducing course load, and, when necessary, withdrawing from enrollment and requesting a tuition reimbursement)

Updates for victims concerning the status of a criminal and/or university complaint

Prevention programming, education and outreach
-
Consultation with students, faculty and staff who are concerned about someone they believe was harmed
Additionally, services are provided throughout campus and in the community by our Program Partners. |
