Eating Concerns

Do you weigh yourself every day or several times a day?  Do you count calories/fat grams and or carbs most every time you eat?  Do you routinely skip meals even when you are hungry?  Do you eat until you are uncomfortably full regularly and find yourself feeling guilty?  Do you exercise to be thin and not for health or pleasure?  If you answer yes to these questions or are concerned about a friend you may want to talk to a professional.

University Health Services offers support and guidance for those experiencing the effects of disordered eating.  Physical assessments are provided through the Student Health Clinicand individual mental health counseling is offered through the Counseling Center. You can also take an online self-assessment to determine the level of assistance needed.
