Faculty and staff may register themselves or their spouses online or in the WRS office, WRC 101. Students may register their spouses online as well. Online registrations
result in a payroll deduction for faculty/staff and ubill charge for students.
Towel service and locker service is also available. Faculty, staff, and students may register for towel service online.
Remember that a valid University of Northern Iowa photo ID card is always required to access either the Wellness/Recreation Center or Health Beat in Maucker Union and those who use fitness areas are required to bring a small towel to wipe of equipment after use.

Towel Service
Towel service is available through WRS at both the WRC Welcome Desk and at Health Beat in Maucker Union, for the following prices:
- $30.00/year
- $15.00/semester
- $10.00/summer
Registration and payment can be made online Payment at the WRC Welcome Desk can be made by ubill charge, payroll deduction, or check. Payment at the Health Beat can be made by ubill charge or payroll deduction.
Locker Service
WRC locker service is available through the School of Health, Physical Education,
and Leisure Services (HPELS) at the HPELS equipment room, WRC 158. For equipment room hours and/or cost of service,
call (319) 273-2488.
Health Beat locker service is available through WRS at the Health Beat in Maucker Union. Registration and payment must be made at the Health Beat by ubill charge or payroll deduction.
