  1. Bowling at Valley Park Lanes, 1931 Valley Park Drive. Teams must provide their own transportation.


  2. Cost per day of bowling (3 lines) is $6.00 which includes shoes, alley and ball. The size of the league you are placed in will determine cost. If you are in a:

    3. 5-team league - you will bowl 4 times - your cost will be $24.00 per bowler
    4-team league - you will bowl 3 times - your cost will be $18.00 per bowler

    Each bowler must pay the entire amount for league play, on the first day of league bowling.

  3. Friday's and Wednesday's teams should be ready to bowl at 3:15 p.m. (can start earlier if both teams are ready). Alleys open for shadow balls at 3:10 p.m. Forfeit time is 3:30 p.m.

  4. If a team wins because of a forfeit, they may bowl for fun, but it will not affect their average/handicap. There will be no refunds to either team because of a forfeit.


  5. The leagues will be handicap...80% of 180 with a maximum of 45. Handicap is to be added to the score of each game bowled. Player(s) caught "sand bagging" risk individual disqualification and a team forfeit.


  6. Each team should have 4 persons bowling. Two subs can be used prior to the playoffs; substitute will establish their own handicap. Team must bowl in the same order in all 3 games on a given day.


  7. If a team has 3 bowlers their total will be scored against all 4 bowlers on the other team. Once handicaps are established, if a team is missing a bowler, and they have a bowler with an established handicap, that bowler's score, plus handicap, minus 10 can be substituted for the missing bowler's score in all 3 games.


  8. Teams bowl 3 games each week. A fourth game is counted for league standings. The fourth game is based on the total pins of the 3 games bowled that day plus handicap.


  9. After the first week of bowling the Program Coordinator/League Supervisor will have a sheet with the league standings, and alley assignments. A sheet showing the average and handicap for each bowler will be placed at the lane where the team will bowl their first line. All games will be based on handicap.


  10. Team captains must make sure the Program Coordinator/League Supervisor receives results after each day of bowling.


  11. Top two teams from each league will qualify for the playoffs. Teams in the playoffs will have to pay $6.00 per bowler for each additional time they bowl. The $6.00 should be paid prior to each playoff game.


  12. In playoffs the team must have 4 bowlers with a handicap established in regular season league play. In the playoffs only the 3 games bowled will count. In case of a tie (1 1/2 - 1 1/2) at the end of 3 games, the winner will be based on total pins for all 3 games.


  13. Bowling privileges may be suspended or revoked for unsportsman like conduct, excessive alcohol consumption, foul language, etc. It is a privilege to utilize the Valley Park Lanes, please don't abuse it.


  14. Foul lines will be turned on during playoffs.
