Cardio Classes

Cardio HIIT- 50 min. NEW!

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is an interval based training technique that uses relatively short, high intensity cardiovascular interval bursts, alternated with less intense recovery intervals. This style of training focuses on exercises that use major muscle groups, compound movement, and high intensity. This is a great class to pull you out of a cardio rut and improve your aerobic power and endurance.

Rated in the top four aerobic classes to burn calories and get fit, indoor cycling is low impact/high cardio. Towel and water bottle required.

Spin & Yoga Fusion- 75 min.

After a powerful cycling workout, stretch and strengthen with a 25 minute yoga class. Enjoy the benefits of a high cardio class with a relaxing, mindful stretch after a long day. Student/Paid Users $35, Employee & UNI Affiliate $45

Kickboxing HIIT - 50 min. NEW!

Use some of your favorite kickboxing combos in this High Intensity Interval Training class (HIIT). HIIT is an interval based training technique that uses relatively short, high intensity cardiovascular interval bursts, alternated with less intense recovery intervals. Be challenged in this class with a variety of kickboxing exercises on and off the bags. Come and experience why HIIT has become so popular!

Boot Camp Beginners (BCB)- 50 min.

Build on 3 fundamentals of training: cardio, strength, and agility. Boot camp beginners require little more than body weight training to get results. The military inspired workouts burn serious calories and are more fun than traditional gym workouts. If you are just getting started with your exercise goals and want some coaching, motivation, and camaraderie, this class is for you.

Dance Classes

Zumba - 50 min.

Bring your energy and dance away your worries. Zumba uses unique moves and combinations that allow you to add some spice and flare to your complete body workout! Water Classes

Hydro-Fit - 50 min.

A cardiovascular workout with the added bonus of moving in water. A great calorie burning workout without high impact on joints.

Strength and Toning

Total Sculpt & Tone - 50 min.

Use weights, bands, bars, stability balls, medicine balls and the body’s own resistance. Shape up your core and redefine your muscles.

Sculpt your abdominals, butt, shoulders, and back as you improve your body’s overall functional strength, balance and coordination. This class challenges your core by using body weight exercises, BOSU, medicine balls, stability balls and much more. Student/Paid User $20, Employee & Affiliate $25

TRX-Total Body Resistance Exercise-50 min.

TRX Suspension Training uses a suspension trainer to leverage gravity and bodyweight to create exercises that can be scaled to reach any fitness or training goal. TRX develops strength, power, endurance, balance, flexibility and core stability. Regardless of your fitness level, TRX suspension training meets you where you are & takes you where you want to go.

Specialty Programs

5k Runners Club

This 8-week online training program will get your feet moving even if you are unable to run a full mile. Class will give you several running programs based on your current fitness level. Coaching will be online with motivational newsletters, running tips, nutrition, and weight loss information. Beginners wanted! Fee: $40.00
