The WRC has three multi purpose studios used for academic classes, fitness programming and sport clubs

  • Studio 85 is used as a general fitness studio and is also programmed for spin classes.  This room houses (21) Schwinn spin bikes. 
  • Room 87 is known as the CORE room and is typically programmed for ball work outs focusing on an individual’s core body strength.
  • Studio 176 is typically is known as the combatant room and is typically programmed for self defense classes and martial arts.
