The WRC Fitness Area is a 7,000 sq foot weight training and cardiovascular work out facility which also has a 3 lane jogging track. Visitors to this area will find spectacular views of central and east campus, competitive pool, leisure pool, climbing wall area, racquetball courts and the north gymnasium.
The Fitness Area houses 56 pieces of cardio equipment and 28 pieces of Magnum weight training equipment. Highlighted cardio equipment includes Pre Cor, Life Fitness and Sci Fit treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent and upright bikes, steppers and rwoing machines. This area also includes core strength warm up and cool down and dumb bell areas.
