Employee Wellness at the Student Health Clinic

While the Student Health Clinic primarily serves students, there are also services available to faculty and staff:

Flu Vaccinations

  • Staff and faculty can receive their flu shots annually on campus at the posted flu clinics if there are vaccines available after meeting student needs.
  • See our web site for postings of the flu clinic locations, dates and cost of the vaccine each year … www.uni.edu/health
  • The cost of the flu vaccine can be filed to your health insurance company, you can pay by check or cash, or we can payroll deduct the cost of the flu vaccine if you prefer.

Over-the-Counter Medications

  • Over–the–counter medications are available to staff and faculty. The prices of these products are competitive with the community and are often lower than retail prices.
    • The pharmacy dispenses medications that are used most frequently by our students such as:
      • Allergy treatments Cough and cold products
      • Pain and fever reducers Acne/skin care products
      • Stomach upset treatments Vitamins
      • First aid supplies
  • If there is a product you would like to have us carry – contact us at: healthcenter@uni.edu
