Section 9.6  Open Enrollment Period - Health and Dental
     Subdivision 9.61  
     The University agrees to provide a special one-time
      thirty (30) calendar day open enrollment and change
      period for health and dental insurance to be held during
      the month of September, 1995.  An employee exercising a
      change in enrollment shall not be permitted to modify
      such election during the succeeding twenty-four months,
      except as otherwise permitted by the insurance contract
      for specified changes of status.
