Section 8.4  Minimum Salary Guidelines
     The maximum number of years applicable under this
      Section shall be as shown on Appendix A for the 1997-98
      appointment year and as shown on Appendix B for the
      1998-99 appointment year.  A faculty member promoted in
      rank shall receive credit for one-half of her/his years
      of service (rounded up to the nearest whole number) with
      the Board at UNI, in the new rank, for purposes of these
      minimum salary guidelines as applicable to full-time
      faculty members.
