Section 7.6  Travel and Related Expenses                                
     During the 1997-98 year the Board agrees to allocate no
      less than the sum of two hundred sixty thousand
      dollars ($260,000) for faculty travel.  During the 1998-
      99 year the Board agrees to allocate no less than the
      sum of two hundred sixty-fivey thousand dollars
      ($265,000) for faculty travel.
