Section 5.2  Definition
     Definition of the term, "program area," for the purposes
      of specific implementation of this Article, will be
      made, if possible, by agreement between the Board and
      United Faculty.  Where such agreement is not reached in
      a reasonable time, the Board shall provide a reasonable
      definition of the term, "program area."
