Section 3.6  Principles, Standards and Procedures
     Principles, Standards, and Procedures for faculty
      appointments, promotions and tenure shall be made
      available to the faculty member in writing no later than
      September 15 of each year except that when no changes
      have been made, provision of these materials to a
      faculty member in a previous year shall be understood to
      comply with this Section.
