Section 14.1  Finality and Effect of Agreement
     Subdivision 14.11  Entire Agreement
     This Agreement constitutes the entire collective
      bargaining agreement between the United Faculty and the
      Board and concludes collective bargaining for its term
      except as provided elsewhere in this Article.
     Subdivision 14.12  Effect
     The parties acknowledge that the understandings and
      agreements arrived at through collective bargaining are
      set forth in this Agreement, and each voluntarily and
      unqualifiedly waives any right which might otherwise
      exist under law to negotiate any matter, and each agrees
      that the other shall not be obligated to bargain
      collectively with respect to any subject or matter for
      the term of this Agreement except as provided elsewhere
      in this Article.    
     Subdivision 14.13  No Waiver
          Paragraph 14.131
          Nothing in this Article waives any right or duty to
           bargain which may arise   under the provisions of
           Chapter 20, Section 17.6 of the Code of Iowa.
          Paragraph 14.132
          Nothing in this Article waives any right the United
           Faculty may have to bargain with the Board
           concerning changes the Board may wish to implement
           in matters not covered by this Agreement, but which
           are mandatory subjects of bargaining under Chapter
           20 of the Code of Iowa.
