Section 13.1  Facilities and Equipment
     The Board shall furnish and maintain in accordance with
      applicable federal and state regulations all University
      buildings, facilities, grounds and equipment necessary
      for the faculty members' performance of their
      responsibilities without danger to their health and
      safety.
