                            HEALTH AND SAFETY
                                    
 Section 13.0  Provision for Health and Safety
     The Board shall provide, in accordance with the
      regulations of the applicable federal and state
      agencies, for the health and safety of faculty members
      to facilitate the performance of their responsibilities.
