Section 13.0 Provision for Health and Safety
The Board shall provide, in accordance with the regulations of the applicable federal and state agencies, for the health and safety of Faculty Members to facilitate the performance of their responsibilities.

Section 13.1 Facilities and Equipment
The Board shall furnish and maintain in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations all University buildings, facilities, grounds and equipment necessary for the Faculty Members' performance of their responsibilities without danger to their health and safety.
