UNI Online is a compilation of notices to be distributed to faculty and staff. The deadline for submission is noon, the day before publication. UNI Online is distributed on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Submitted items must be sponsored by a UNI department, program or organization. No commercial or personal announcements are allowed. Announcements must have news, not opinion content. News items may be submitted via the UNI Online Submission Form.  = New items.

The UNI Presidential Search and Screen Committee will meet at 4 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 20, for a conference call. Public access is in 007 GIL. The meeting agenda is on the presidential search site.
Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, the deadline for the Nov. 26 MyUNIverse News is noon, Nov. 20. There will not be a UNI Online Nov. 22.
Biscotti’s convenience store and bakery and the computer lab in Redeker Center will be relocated to the lower level of Shull Hall for spring semester 2013. The hours for Biscotti’s will remain the same; hours for the computer lab will be the same as Biscotti’s. http://www.uni.edu/dor/dining/biscottis Access will be via the west stairwell of Shull Hall or the Shull Hall skywalk.
Used greeting cards can be recycled by donating them to St. Jude Children's Hospital. The RRTTC will collect greeting cards of any kind - birthday, holiday, sympathy, etc. to donate to St. Jude. The recycled cards raise money for services provided to children and families at the hospital. Drop boxes are at the following locations: Maucker Union, Wellness and Recreation Center, the CEEE, SEC Lobby, Gilchrist Hall, Rod Library, Piazza and Rialto Dining Centers.
The Red Cross will host a blood drive, sponsored by Sigma Alpha Epsilon, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 27, in the Ballrooms, MAU. Sign up for an appointment Nov. 26 and 27 in Maucker Union. Walk-ins are welcome.

Patrons may check out materials and enter the building until 10 minutes to closing time, at which time service desks close and the doors are locked. Library online resources are available 24/7; if off campus, you will get a prompt to enter your CatID.

Registration is now open for the 2013 UNI Symposium on Research and Creative Activity to be held Feb. 8, in Maucker Union. All faculty and staff are encouraged to attend. Submissions are also being accepted for posters, displays and creative presentations at the symposium.
