UNI Online is distributed on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Submitted items must be sponsored by a UNI department, program or organization. No commercial or personal announcements are allowed. The eBusiness system will not be available starting at 5 p.m., Friday, Nov.16. It will be available at 7 a.m., Monday, Nov. 19. This outage includes eBusiness self service and time cards. Nov. 17 is the cutoff date for the Nov. 28 biweekly payday. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, time cards will be processed early and must be approved by 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 20 to be included in the Nov. 28 paycheck.
All benefits-eligible employees have until Friday, Nov. 16 to make changes to or enroll in a Flexible Spending Account or vision insurance for the 2013 calendar year. You must re-enroll in FSA every year to participate. Visit the Human Resources website for more information.

The Regents staff excellence award winners were announced during the P&S Council Meet the Pres event on Oct. 30. Winners are: Tim Bakula, Office of Student Financial Aid; Ken Bauer, Rod Library; Rosanne Lang and Lyn Redington, Department of Residence.
The Division of Student Affairs is committed to recognizing exemplary performance among P&S and Merit staff. Nominations are being accepted for the annual Sue Follon Exemplary Service Award. This award commemorates the former division vice president who served the university from 1985-1998. Please nominate individuals working in student affairs who are worthy of this prestigious award.
